Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend. The professionals at this shop are honest and will tell you exactly want is the problem with your vehicle. We had another shop work on our SUV and they installed the incorrect part which caused another problem. The error was caught here and fully explained and showed why the part was incorrect that the other shop installed. They even put an explanation on my receipt which assisted me in getting a refund from the other shop. Great honest mechanics!

Fantastic service! I had gone to another place and gotten a diagnosis that said I needed an expensive part for my car. However, Arams Auto did a very thorough inspection when I brought my car in and they determined I did "not" need a new part, I simply needed a thorough cleaning to get things in working order again. Very nice staff too! The free shuttle ride to and from my workplace was a tremendous help also. I'd definitely recommend Arams Auto to anyone. - Jim

It was my first time taking my car in to Aram's and I couldn't be happier! Not only did they get me right in, they properly diagnosed an issue in my car and didn't push any parts on me. When I originally called, another place had suggested I buy a brand new expensive part. Nope, not necessary. Aram's cleaned up the parts currently on my car and got them in working order all within a day's time. As an added bonus, the free shuttle service offered by Aram's is wonderful! They took me to and from work so I didn't have to worry about anything. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone.
