The facility of there shop is nice looking and gives off a pleasant vibe. However, as friendly as they seem they definitely seem to over charge on the cost of work. I would recommend looking around with other competitors to really see the cost difference compared to this shop. The other spectacular reviews that everyone else has given must of not cared at all to over pay for there car service. If that's the kind of thing you cool with (overpaying) than go ahead and bring your vehicle to this spot 😉 spend and blow that money here if it means nothing to you.
Steve, we assure you we are very communicative and honest with all costs. In your case you wanted us to fix your vehicle with used parts, but we can't warranty those and therefore only do repairs with new parts. True, these are more costly, but they last longer and can be warrantied. We only charged you for the diagnosis which you agreed to in the beginning. We hope you'll find that it was a fair price.
