My Infinity broke down on Hwy99 a couple of days after Christmas. I was traveling with a puppy from northern CA to southern CA. I had the very fine folks from AAA tow me to the Infinity dealership in Fresno. Unfortunately after 4 hours of waiting, it was determined they wouldn’t be able to even look at my car until the next day. With this information I decided to be towed to Aram’s Auto Repair. I had called ahead and was told they could diagnose right away. It was late in the day, so repairs wouldn’t happen until the next day. The facility was spotless and the staff amazing. Their manager, Billy, assured me they would do their best to get me back on the road by noon the next day. He arranged lodgings for me and my puppy, gave me a very fair quote for services, provided transportation to the hotel and arranged for transport back the next day. True to his words, the completed the repairs ahead of time and I was homeward bound an hour earlier than anticipated. I can’t find words to express just how incredible this repair shop is and what an amazing manager they have in Billy. Their hospitality, kindness and caring can’t be purchased! Oh and the icing . . . Billy and his wife rescue dogs. I could go on and on, but I hope you get the point. This shop, these folks . . . they are the real deal! Five stars and a sincerely grateful customer!
