My experience started great. Billy (owner) was very knowledgeable on my Cadillac Escalade. The symptoms i provided were on point with his explanation. Billy would charge me $291.00 for the diagnostic a flat rate (verbally) according to him. Once they found out problem parts would be extra (Norma) due to being blessed to have two autos the time of return wasn't an issue n i let Billy know that. Drop off my Escalade 4/30/24 According to Billy during this time he would call or i can look online system to keep track of what's been done? Which i did. review was the same day until the last day before picking it up on May 10th. Few days prior i called Billy for updates according to him they couldn't find the main issue once they disconnected the machine? Well i had been doing some research on own as well. So i came across 2011 Escalade on YouTube Video that explained to teeth my issue to my truck issue. So i called Billy not my first time sharing what i had thought was wrong from day one when i first drop off. Explained that it had something to do with negative cable. Prior to drop off my friend next door neighbor had taken off the same cable and cleaned both ends which took 15 min to take off and put back on. day before picking up my Escalade, Billy called me to inform me that he had received a called or someone sent him information about same issue ?? He said he had found the problem and that if ok, to replace the entire negative cable to battery. I complied called back later and reports that was the issue?? they had drove my truck for about 10-15 miles and that seemed to be the problem after replacing it. i thought great something simple my escalade was going to be fine again. Called back Billy back and told to save all parts that were replaced. He said yea one negative cable no problem. When i got to shop the next day. He said my total was $923.00 ?? I was so disappointed i felt mad. Billy defiantly was taking advantage of me he also was very rude and disrespectful even said if you want your vehicle you must pay in full. no other choice but to pay them. He Charge me for two diagnostics over charge me with negative cable $138.00 i even called NAPA this same cable out he door according to manager Mark Padilla was @34.95?? the labor was way off?? I would never recommend this shop anybody. will be disputing with my bank and defiantly will be making BBB report. Billy and staff never kept the honesty and way over charge me. during our conversation i did asked Billy how he slept with Merck he said "very comfortable' i replied that how you stay in business by ripping people off. NEVER AGAIN.

Would highly recommend! This was the best automotive garage I have ever taken a vehicle to. Not only was it a clean and polished facility, they were more than professional, and transparent. I was kept informed via text the entire time they worked on my vehicle.

My Experience with Aran’s automotive was really good not only was my vehicle taken care of. I was also given a ride home from the shop and also I was picked up when my vehicle was done. I very pleased with with the prompt service and the care that was taken with my vehicle.

Billy is the most thorough and detailed owner I have ever met. His use of technology in communicating to me is unbelievable. He walked me step by step through the process of of how each system in my car operates. He explained things like no other shop has ever come close to. To me personally, he's a master educator, as he walked me through every system of my car & he didn't make me feel that my questions were silly. He always & simply tried to help me understand and he didn't mind the fact that I asked the same thing several times. He knows that customers do not necessarily have a background in automotive repair and he tries to speak very slowly and explain to you what the issue is. He doesn't try to sell you anything, he just tries to let you know how that system functions and whether it is critical or can be deferred to a later date. He is unbelievably honest, patient, knowledgeable & soft spoken man. He explains things in unbelievable detail and yet in a very easy to understand manner. He treats the customer with respect & helps you to understand what needs or should be done or not done. His car diagnosis process for every car is always the same. They don't skip a thing. Every system is evaluated and documented. They use a fantastic computer program which he connects to your phone so you know every step of the way what's happening and what needs to be done, what can be deferred, what is operating correctly and what the charges are for each area of concern. You really check off what you want to have done or deferred. They don't try to sell you anything. The computer technology also allows you to communicate with him if you have any questions. He keeps an itemized list on the computer program of every item they're working on & what should be done and how much it will cost. You always have a running list of what he's doing while you're at home, sitting in your chair, of what they're doing or needs to be done to your car. He does not force you or scare you into buying or repairing anything. On your phone you merely tell them that you want something done or that you don't want it done. He honestly goes down the list and you pick and choose what you want to fix and what you want to defer to a later date or not do it all. I've never been more comfortable with a shop than Aram's Auto Repair Center. When I take my car in & when I take my wife's car in, I know for a fact that everything is going to be looked at methodically and honestly. Integrity, honesty, efficiency and quality are all traits that I value very highly. Aram's provides all those for me. Billy, Michelle and the employees all are extremely professional, punctual and courteous. The bottom line is that the technology and honesty of this shop makes the car repair experience fantastically transparent. There are no secrets, gimmicks, excuses & misspoken facts. An excellent experience from start to finish. They provided a complete diagnosis of the vehicle with the issues categorized to see what is urgent and what can wait. That is very helpful for those on limited budgets like me. The repairs were done right the first time. It seems there is no car repair task too big or too small for the team at Aram's. I will be back.

Unfortunately, I had my car breakdown and was tired of going to the dealership where it was one headache after another. I stumbled upon Aram’s after being referred by a random person at the grocery store. After reading Yelp reviews, I knew I should utilize their shop. First of all, I was immediately greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I received a quote and honest feedback within a couple hours of dropping off the car. Billy and Michelle couldn’t be more helpful and more customer service oriented. I look forward to hopefully getting my car back tomorrow after its repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will also refer everyone I know to come here for their automotive repairs. I appreciate a family owned business and like to support small businesses.
