Aram's was wonderful. They got me in fast, went and got the parts they didn't have for my car, and were reasonably priced. Very nice people.

I checked the reviews before calling. Since they were mostly good, I decided to have them complete the work. Billy seemed like some kind of rock star according to the reviews and once I met him I understood why. He’s precise and knowledgeable and isn’t out to gouge you for more money. Altogether a good experience and I will take my vehicle there again when necessary.

My Infinity broke down on Hwy99 a couple of days after Christmas. I was traveling with a puppy from northern CA to southern CA. I had the very fine folks from AAA tow me to the Infinity dealership in Fresno. Unfortunately after 4 hours of waiting, it was determined they wouldn’t be able to even look at my car until the next day. With this information I decided to be towed to Aram’s Auto Repair. I had called ahead and was told they could diagnose right away. It was late in the day, so repairs wouldn’t happen until the next day. The facility was spotless and the staff amazing. Their manager, Billy, assured me they would do their best to get me back on the road by noon the next day. He arranged lodgings for me and my puppy, gave me a very fair quote for services, provided transportation to the hotel and arranged for transport back the next day. True to his words, the completed the repairs ahead of time and I was homeward bound an hour earlier than anticipated. I can’t find words to express just how incredible this repair shop is and what an amazing manager they have in Billy. Their hospitality, kindness and caring can’t be purchased! Oh and the icing . . . Billy and his wife rescue dogs. I could go on and on, but I hope you get the point. This shop, these folks . . . they are the real deal! Five stars and a sincerely grateful customer!

Billy and the staff at Arrens auto body is amazing, my husband who had heart surgery not too long ago in Fresno had a doctors appointment on December 12,2018, we live 2 1/2 hours away from Fresno but he still has to go down there for these appointments. on the Sunday before my husband went to Fresno, i went to Modesto visiting family, I live in the mountains an hour and a half away from Modesto. While I was down there I decided to get tires and brakes put on my car I went to Meinicke on Carpenter by Kansas Avenue, I picked back up my car Sunday late afternoon spent the night at my moms house and drove home. on Monday while driving home I heard a funny noise, almost like a grinding or a rubbing noise, but I wasn’t sure. at first I thought that it was probably the noise tires make when they actually have tread on them LOL, On Tuesday the noise sounded like it was getting a little worse but wasn’t really sure if it was getting worse or I’m just noticing it cause I know it’s there. Wednesday my husband needs to drive to Fresno to go to a doctors appointment. he calls me when he gets there and says that whatever that noises has gotten so much worse and the car is shaking he doesn’t feel like the car will make it home, and it’s not safe to drive anywhere. So I googled the closest auto repair shop near my husband‘s doctors appointment which happened to be Aram’s‘s auto repair, maybe a mile away from where he was. When my husband got there he met with a gentleman named Billy the shop was pretty much almost closed but Billy looked at our car anyways. Billy informed us that Meineke forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front two tires so the posts that hold the tire on that the Lugnuts go onto (i’m paraphrasing here I don’t know the technical term for the stuff LOL)most of them had snapped off, an the rims were so badly damage they can not be reused, they will need to be replace. Billy informed my husband that this car is very unsafe to drive, it needed to be towed out of the shop if he was going to take it elsewhere. my husband was told that he is very lucky he is alive, the driver side tire was the worst of the 2, and the fact that it was still on was a miracle. had he driven any farther that tier would fall off an he would have been ripped into oncoming trafficn.... there is no telling what might’ve happened if my husband decided to just try to drive the car home. It was late so my husband decided to get a hotel room and try to get all of this sorted out the next day because it was past7pm at this time, It was cheaper to get a hotel room then it was to try to tow the car home. The next morning Billy calls Meineke explaining to them what happened and what needs to be replaced because they messed up, The manager at Meineke John say to him “just tighten the lug nuts an they can drive it to us ( over an hour away) will fix it. Billy lets them know that this car is so unsafe to drive that they are lucky they are not getting slapped with a multi million dollar lawsuit because somebody died from their negligence, and the only way this car is leaving his shop is on a tow truck or after it has been repaired. I made the decision to not let Meinicke do any of the repairs, I wanted Aram’s to fixing the damage, I didn’t trust Meineke to be truthful nor did I trust them to fix my car!!!! All I have left to say is Billy an the staff at Aram’s was amazing, they were so helpful, reasonable, and compassionate!!! I feel they went way above an beyond. I would recommend them to anybody!!
