Reliable repair. Very unfair pricing. Dropped off my Subaru because of a check engine light. Diagnosis code pointed to a faulty front O2 sensor. I was charged $629.37 for the single repair using an error code to help diagnosis. For my make & model VIN, multiple shops including the local Subaru dealership have quoted less than $400 for the repair & labor. I questioned Aram the balance due and was explained the $120 O2 sensor is now a $180 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor even though the part price on my invoice is $299.28. This type of repair and labor is documented on the high side as $300 for the part and 1.5 hours of labor. Aram's RepairPal Fair Price Estimate for a front O2 sensor on a 2004 Subaru Forester is quoted as a $470 job on Repair Pal. Hourly labor is omitted on the shop's posted price list. This job was extremely overpriced for a straightforward repair.
