Nice guy. Very happy with the work done on the car. I appreciated the summary of what repairs were done and future repairs to think about. I felt very comfortable there and will return again.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Aram Automotive. I brought my Ford F-150 in to have a problem with the engine looked at. I've had problems with spark plugs cracking and causing cylinders to stop working. They determined that this was the problem again. I received a call saying that it would be $350.00 or so to fix that. He also said that my belt needed to be replaced and oil and power steering fluid needed to be replaced. Also stating that my shocks were leaking. He wanted to put some oil treatment in my engine. Figuring since it was already there and to give him some business I said yes to everything but having my shocks replaced. He said it would be $750.00, I thought that was a little high but agreed if everything would be done right. Driving my car home it felt rough and then kept stalling every time I stopped at a light or stop sign. I called Aram immediately and he said that they had to restart the computer and it would take a while to restore its memory. I thought this sounded odd, but gave it a chance. It continued to stall and shut off when idling, I called and he said to drop it off. I dropped it off on Thursday and even after calling did not hear back from them until Tuesday, He gave me some line about how there was gunk in my engine and that was causing problems. He said basically there was nothing they could do. Never once did he admit to causing the problem. That it was just a coincidence that my engine was having these issues right after I got it back from there! Now my engine runs horribly and is so much worse than when brought in. I'm aware that sometimes people make mistakes. But I can't handle when people don't admit that they made a mistake and to try to rectify the problem. I essentially paid $750.00 to have a spark plug changed and my engine ruined.

For timely, reliable service, Aram's is the best. The Lexus is under warranty but a trusted repair is definitely worth more than a visit to the local Lexus dealer.

Reliable repair. Very unfair pricing. Dropped off my Subaru because of a check engine light. Diagnosis code pointed to a faulty front O2 sensor. I was charged $629.37 for the single repair using an error code to help diagnosis. For my make & model VIN, multiple shops including the local Subaru dealership have quoted less than $400 for the repair & labor. I questioned Aram the balance due and was explained the $120 O2 sensor is now a $180 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor even though the part price on my invoice is $299.28. This type of repair and labor is documented on the high side as $300 for the part and 1.5 hours of labor. Aram's RepairPal Fair Price Estimate for a front O2 sensor on a 2004 Subaru Forester is quoted as a $470 job on Repair Pal. Hourly labor is omitted on the shop's posted price list. This job was extremely overpriced for a straightforward repair.
