Nice people in the inside of the building. Got my vehicle serviced for radiator replacement 6/23 and paid over $3000 because the car was running hot. I am now having a leak from the timing cover gasket in which $2400 was requested this time to fix, car running hot. I was charged a diagnostic fee to have it looked into. I was Informed that everything diagnosed was NOT covered via warranty. Just based off the original work description it gave symptoms around a defective tank. I questioned the advisor and i was told that the defective tank is the radiator itself? I was really not happy to have my vehicle serviced here, paid that much money just come back months later to be asked for more to a related job. Waited over an hour with no updates verbally or by text. no offer to refreshments There was NO empathy for being serviced before and having to come back so soon. No thought of “ hey i want This customer to come back or even recommend Aram’s “ I personally Feel ripped off, left unhappy.
Good morning Anonymous. We are quite sorry to hear that you are disappointed and feel ripped off for repairs that were performed almost 9 months ago now. While we did repair a portion of your cooling system to correct your initial overheating condition, we did not replace every part that comprises your entire cooling system. We did give you an explanation of the coolant leak at your timing cover gasket and also explained how difficult of a repair it is to perform. An estimate was created and presented to you that remains on your vehicle file as we type this response. We did the inspection as fast as time would allow and you had access to our coffee machine and a fully stocked cooler with water and several types of soda available. We would still welcome the opportunity to repair your vehicle should you desire. Thank you again for the review.
