Total ripped off definitely overcharged me for 2 simple brake lights bulbs to replace and claim they had to "diagnose" it ended up paying over $110... for a simple bulb replacement beware this is how they do woman I suggest you take a man with you. GO ELSE WHERE, WHERE YOU CANT GET BAMBOOZLED
Tai, You brought your vehicle in with the complaint that both brake lights & tail lights were inoperative. We wrote you an estimate, that you signed before any work was performed, for $116.00. Upon inspection we found not only those lights not operating, but both front marker lights and the L/R marker light were out. We replaced both front marker light bulbs, both rear tail light/ brake light bulbs and attempted to repair the L/R marker light bulb. That bulb was intact, and in fact, had no power to the lamp socket. We phoned you with an estimate to diagnose the power circuit to the left rear marker light which you declined. You were only charged for the time used and related 4 light bulbs, which came in under the estimate that you signed. You were not treated any differently as a female, we treat all of our customers as family. We made repairs that were needed to your vehicle that we could, for the price agreed upon and gave you an estimate for those exceeding that amount. We suggest that you still repair the left rear marker light as that can get you pulled over for a fix-it ticket. We are sorry that you feel mistreated and strive to keep open communication with our customers. If you experience a change of heart feel free to call us for any future vehicle needs.
