Cynthia, our main priority is keeping our community safe and comfortable on the road, so I can assure you we would never let a customer leave without repairing the issue they came in with. Your vehicle was towed in, as it would not drive. Unfortunately your vehicle was overfilled with transmission fluid by 3 quarts when we inspected it. This is damaging to the transmission, as the fluid will whip into a foam and not lubricate the internal components properly. The only thing we did to repair your transmission was to remove the excess fluid that had been installed prior to our inspection. We test drove your vehicle three separate times to verify proper operation, before contacting you for additional repairs the vehicle needed. You paid for those repairs and our inspection. We're glad you stopped by to give us the opportunity to help out with your van, but it's unfortunate to see you felt there were no changes when you drove off of our lot. Thank you for the opportunity to inspect the brakes on your 2016 Honda Accord EX. Unfortunately, you were only charged the inspection fee because we did not provide repairs at this time. As stated at time of vehicle pick-up, had you returned for the brake repairs recommended you would have received a credit for the price of the inspection. Our price included OEM equivalent parts that would be covered for 3 years or 36,000 mile warranty, nationwide. This is something that we feel brings an extra value to all repairs performed here with us.
