Made an appointment on Monday to bring my car in on Thursday morning. When I got there on Thursday, I was told I wasn't on the schedule; but that they could squeeze me in. (This was for an oil change, differential fluid change and alignment...i.e., nothing at all tricky, and I brought my own fluids and filter). I told them I needed to pick up the car no later than 2:45 PM, so I could pick my 11 year old up at school at 3:00. They said, "no problem". At 2:45 I hadn't heard from them, so I called to get the status. They said, "You'll be next on the lift". They hadn't even started! I told them not to do anything and that they needed to give me a ride to the shop. I showed up at my kid's school at 3:25...they teacher had to stay with him in the classroom. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice...well, that's not going to happen!

Good morning Tom, We apologize for the confusion on the appointment scheduling. We informed you that we were in the process of changing software companies and misplaced your appointment. This resulted in a scheduling issue. When you arrived to drop off your vehicle your expected completion time was between 2:00 - 3:00pm. You were not sure that you wanted to leave the vehicle at first, then decided you had another vehicle to use and asked for a ride home. We accommodated this request and provided you a ride home. You later phoned in stating that your other vehicle would not start, causing an issue with picking up your son. We explained that this again put us in a position of not being able to complete your vehicle in the time frame you needed. We tried our best to get your vehicle in sooner, but will not remove another vehicle from a lift to make this happen. Other customers were in the process of being serviced prior to your arrival and it would not be fair to them. We are sorry that we could not make this happen for you on this occasion. If you change your mind and wish to give us another opportunity to service your vehicle we assure you a much better experience.

When informed auto was ready subsequent invite presented for payment was for wrong automobile. Services listed on invoice were not correct and amount to be paid did not coincide with total on invoice. At time of payment was informed to not worry about it services matched amount to be paid. Instead a corrected invoice should have been printed on sight at time of payment. I actually had to call later to request a correct invoice be mailed. sloppy Prior to this appointment had a earlier appointment for same services but had to cancel after showing up on time because they had unknowingly overbooked. sloppy again

We again apologize for the issue with giving you the wrong receipt for services rendered. We should have looked at the invoice before handing it to you. The paid amount for your invoice was correct for the services rendered. A copy of the correct invoice and amount charged had already been printed and was waiting in hand in case you wanted that copy. Another copy had already been placed into the mail in case you could wait for it as well. Regarding the previous appointment, we can not always know how each job will go. In this case we had carry over from the previous day that needed to be completed before we could look at your vehicle. We informed you of that and you seemed OK with returning at a later date. We could have taken in the vehicle on the scheduled date, it just would have been completed later in the day. Again, sorry for the mix up, we strive to maintain a level of professionalism and obviously fell short on this occasion.

I been at the shop 10.28am but your guy done for my car at 5pm I spent all day to waiting and hope my car will no noise again but after week now my car still have the same noise I spent money $524 but my car still have same problem.I am vey disappointed again with this shop I been here 3 years ago now when I came back again they still make me feel like I am no English that why all the shop take advantage with me that is the same last place I been. Not good also I need to come back again to fix noise of my car on Monday March 20,2017.I hope they will Honest and fix the right spots and be honest with customer not just for sale stuff.

Annie, we are surprised to see you leave this type of review knowing you have an appointment for this morning, 3/20/2017 to look at your vehicle for a brake noise. The noise that the vehicle was brought in for was in the front brakes. We gave you an estimate for only the front brakes , as the rear brakes were not heard to be noisy at the time of inspection. You returned the vehicle, with no appointment, and were taken on a test drive to confirm noise. The noise you initially demonstrated was from the rear brakes. A single noise was heard from the front brakes at one stop. You were informed that the vehicle had only 30 miles placed upon it since the front brakes were replaced and to please give it a few days for the pads to seat in. This is why you are scheduled to bring the vehicle back. In regards to time, please remember that your initial appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and you did not show up for this appointment until almost 10:30 AM. During that time other vehicle did show up and were currently using available rack space. We look forward to resolving your issue and apologize for the misunderstanding.

This was my first visit to Aram's. The staff is friendly, the technicians are knowledgeable, and the shuttle service is a super convenience. The cost of my repair was expensive, but I am sure that it was thorough, as it was explained in great detail (which I appreciated.) I will return to Aram's for all my auto-service needs. And I will recommend them to family and friends.
