Fresno Auto Repair

I scheduled an oil change at 8AM and it was finished close to 11AM so it was quite the wait for a scheduled appointment. $222.00 for an oil change and cabin/engine air filters, so mildly upsetting. The labor for one of the air filters was $71 and I drive a Toyota Corolla which is a small and relatively easy car to work on. I felt taken advantage of and I wish I asked more questions about what they were doing. Feels Bad Man. :(

Reasonable prices good work

My car had been randomly shutting off, like mid drive. i had the parts already to fix it. Needed plugs and coils. They told me that they wouldn't have a warranty but that they could use those parts. I said, that's fine as long as my car isnt shutting off. I mentioned that my car had also been making this "rattle" sound. That didn't gey fixed and it wasnt until about 2 weeks after I spent $700 between diag fee and labor that my car shut off mid driving again. I called about wanting them to take another look at it and they said ao would have to pay another diag fee plus labor. What the hell! It had only been 2 weeks sense i left the shop originally.

Arams auto repair is very unprofessional. They had done a check engine light diagnostic and had replace one of two parts they thought it was. They then said that wasn’t the problem so they wanted to charge me another 300$ To fix the next part which is only $150 part. Then when I get my truck home to fix the part they wanted to upcharge me on, I find the hose that now has a broken clip that they had just stuck back on and left broken. When called about the broken clip they say they didn’t touch that part and there is nothing they can do to fix it

A guy named Billy hung up on me mid-way as I was trying to set up an appointment. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Don't go here. Apparently they can't be bothered to treat you with basic human decency.

They fixed my jeep when the jeep dealership could not. I Love this place. Exceptional customer service. I will be bringing all my auto repair needs to Arams in the future.
