Our 2012 Tucson had the driver side rear door latch start to malfunction to the point where it wouldn’t close all the way no matter what we did. It was a major safety issue and Hyundai didn’t have any appointments available for at least a month out. We couldn’t wait that long. I called Aram’s and spoke with Aram over the phone last week. Despite being absolutely swamped with appointments, he still took the time to try and help me diagnose the problem over the phone. We both concluded it would be best for me to bring the car in to be looked at. I met Billy towards the end of their day and he walked out to take a look at the door. He managed to get the door closed with the latch so my wife could drive the car to work over the weekend. I dropped the car off Monday morning and within a few hours I had a quote for general maintenance including my door issue. These guys had parts ordered and took care of my issue a little in a day. I was super impressed with their work and will be considering them for all of my cars in the future! Highly recommended!
