Billy, the manager/service writer, has decades of experience, and his office is separated from the customer waiting area by just a counter. He keeps each customer posted on the progress of the present service, and advised on service that may be needed soon. The inspection that came with my oil change was thorough, and left me confident that I was good to go until my next oil change.

The folks at Aram's are honest and fair. They may not be the cheapest, but they stand behind their work and work tirelessly to make sure you are happy with their service. The head gasket repair done to my 1990 4runner was a complex job. They estimated about 4-5 days but it took two days longer than the estimate. That said, Billy called and explained the situation and made sure I understood this delay was on them. Billy took care of me and made sure I was completely satisfied....Nicely done!
