My dad has been taking our families vehicles to Aram’s for at least 15 years so it was a no brainer to take my truck there when it started having issues. Went to Fresno last night before starting our trip back to FL. On the way we noticed the floorboards were soaked. Called around this morning to get it fixed. Each time explaining our circumstances. we were turned away twice due to not having appointments available. Then Aram's Auto Service said they could "squeeze" us in. We anticipated at least an hour wait to be seen then more after that. Less than 15 min later, we're back on the road at no charge! Billy said "I can't in good conscious charge you for another mechanic's mistake". Turns out when i had my oil changed at Spee Dee oil change in Modesto, they flipped up the a/c condensation drain hose to keep it from dripping on them, and forgot to put it back. The kink in the hose caused build up til it spilled over. Thank you Billy at Aram's Auto Service, for squeezing us in and offering great, honest service!
