I usually don’t do reviews. But, I felt compelled to do so this time. I was looking for a trustworthy auto mechanic. I search online and the Lord directed me to Aram’s. I went there on 8/23 to have a diagnostic test. My car came to a complete stop on the freeway the day before. ( I had just purchased the car 6 months ago) I spoke with Billy, told him all what had appen with my car. From the on start of our conversation he made me feel really comfortable and assured me he would do all he could to find out what was going on with my car. He want outside, done a quick assessment, started my car, came back in the office and told me he was positive it was my engine. A diagnostic test was done. Sure enough the next day, Billy called to inform me it was my engine. I took in all of my maintenance records, oil change etc, and showed it to him. I was reassured it was no fault of mine. He than went on to tell me he had done a little research the day before, only to find out that there was a recall on the engine that should have been taken care of prior to the used dealership selling me the car. From there Billy explained all that may have happened with the engine, because there was no oil leakage on ground or anywhere around the engine. From there, I took the car back to the dealership along with the diagnostic test report. Dealership put a used engine in my car. Finally, two weeks later I had my car back. Thank you Billy. You went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate you. If ANYONE needs car repairs done, I would recommend Aram’s Auto Repair/Blackstone Ave for your repair needs. They truly are the best. Great place to get a quick fix! Staff was all very friendly and easy to talk to. I called and they fit me in the same day. I felt like my price for the repair was very agreeable. I was happy with my service here and will come back.

I am from Arizona and while travelling through the area had car problems. I own a 1996 VW Passat TDI which means finding parts is a major project. Patience and perserverance paid off and the part was found. That is not to say how totally friendly and understanding they were. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heart beat.

Billy helped me in the process of getting my vans power door fixed. He was ver thorough and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He also helped me find some extra information through my extended warranty that helped me out. 10/10 would recommend.
