Professional, fast turnaround, and excellent service!

Giving this a five-star rigging is not an exaggeration. Entering the office I was greeted by Billy even though he was on his computer. When he finished with the two couple in front of me, he greeted me with a smile and ask how he could help. I explained to him what I needed to have done as well as other concerns. The appointment was at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. I asked if they had a courtesy vehicle to take be home and pick me up when the car was ready. He happily accommodated me. I received text messages that my car was there and I would receive further messages as the work progressed. I received photos of issues to address when I picked up my car and we discussed them in length. His explanation of further work was clear concise and descriptive. Being a single woman I appreciated his honesty, knowledge and the way he prioritized future work to be done. I would highly recommend Aram's.

I was in the unfortunate situation of having my PT Cruiser quit on me after hours and 120 miles from home. Not having time to wait for a long distance tow, I needed to drop my car off… I found the staff at Aram’s to be efficient, courteous, and professional. They have an excellent system for client communication, and made getting my repairs done as painless as possible.
