Aram's is the only place I take my car. They are honest and caring. They never do anything that is not required. My car is 20 years old and runs like new.

Billy at Arams found the problem with my 2000 Dodge diesel and fixed it! My truck was in another shop in Riverdale for a month sitting no results. About two years ago I put in a rebuilt ECM and it never worked all that well. The problem was a wiring connection. Wow! Great job and many thanks. Also serviced my AC and replaced a fluid tube. Etc.

Excellent service

They did a great job repairing our car through insurance when we hit a pothole. Always on top of things, explained the work that needed to be done and were very accommodating. The prices for parts seemed a bit higher than sourcing them yourself, but they even let us get one of the parts ourselves since we had a separate warranty on it.

Arams constantly works to ensure their customers understand what needs to be repaired before they they proceed, and Arams ensure their work is effective for three years.

So I was visiting Fresno this weekend and had about a 6 hour drive home. About 20 minutes on the highway and my car started making a terrible noise. I found them by searching Google and they were highly rated and open. I called Aram’s and asked if they could see me right away to diagnose my car. The gentleman who answered the phone said bring the car right now and will take a look. When I got there and described what was happening there mechanics eagle eye found the problem to be engine cover under the car. He fixed it with a couple of zip ties, and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. They were so kind and the customer service was so good. They even refused to charge me though I offered to pay. I’m so grateful they took the time to ease my worry and ensure I had a safe 6 hour trip home. If you live in Fresno, you should absolutely go to Aram’s. It’s hard to find businesses like this these days that provide amazing customer service, and actually care about the customer. It was amazing!
