...a few months ago, i brought in a 20 year old Celica (early 2000's) that kept throwing codes with a check-engine light, (other shops were not able to figure it out, and the tabs were running up.) -just looking- at the information i had, understanding the systems?, Billy, Michelle, and the Techs at Aram's were able to do their own diagnostics, consider it's history, and then hunt the issue down, (fixing it for good) with very little trial and error. (this in a shop that is extremely busy.) -months on? the car has been running like a champ ever since. -again, most other shops just looked at the paper trail, either chickened out, and were '...good luck' or 'keep payin' / we don't know... come back (pay more) ...we still don't know...' Aram's nailed it. ...i'm extremely happy to have found this team, it was money well spent -and- they really know what they're doing. (i've also seen them bend over backwards to take care of new and existing customers, schedule-wise, they are very informative of their process, are ethical, upfront and fair with pricing.) -on a personal note: When i went to pay a tip (happy that things were so well handled?,) without batting an eye Billy was '...you shouldn't have, thank-you, and this will be evenly shared to the team...' (class act / good leadership / good group.) -e
