Michelle, Billy, and Aram are a wonderful team. The 36K warranty Aram's offers is almost unbelievable. They truly give earnest and honest customer service and auto diagnosis and repair. I requested FB friend recommendations for honest auto repair tech and overall NICE place. Aram's came up repeatedly even among my foreign auto driving friends. Our BMW was becoming a pain in the tuchas. Aram's team got it right. l highly recommend them.

The place was very unorganized and completely unprofessional. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude extremely rude. They overcharged my friend and when we asked about it the gentleman on the phone said that sounds like a personal problem not his problem. I've never been so offended for somebody else in my life I couldn't believe I was actually hearing him speak to someone like that especially a customer. Worst place I've ever been as far as mechanics.

Was the only place that answered when my car broke down. Let me know not to drive my car cuz it might overheat. Had it towed Mr. Bill was really polite and emailed me quotes and had my car fixed in no time. Thank you Aram’s!!

I hit a very bad pothole and a few days later my car started making horrible noises - I reached out to Aram's after reading all the great reviews and the total experience was great ! Billy explained everything to me, emailed me with updates and text messages - and the turn around time was even better ! They took great care of me and Michelle is a sweetheart !
